As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 864.949.6905 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

In-store Pickup

Tips for your pick-up experience:

To ensure your in-store pick up goes smoothly, please consider the following:

  • Ensure you have plenty of cargo space. Due to packaging, items may be larger than you think. Please consider this when deciding what vehicle to use.
  • Items will not be taken out of the original packaging before pick-up, therefore, assembly might be required on some items.
  • Whomever is picking up the merchandise must have a copy of their original receipt.
  • You will not be responsible for loading your merchandise, but you will be responsible for securing it. Please consider bringing straps, blankets or whatever you may need to ensure a safe ride for your furniture.

Q: When can I pick up my furniture?

A: Pick-Up is available Monday - Saturday from 9:30am-5:00pm.

Q: Where do I go to pick up my purchase?

A: Upon your arrival, please go to the front office and let us know you are here. From there, we will direct you to 1 of our 7 warehouses.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to pick up?

A: You will be required to show a copy of your original receipt.

Q: Will someone help me load my furniture?

A: We will load your furniture for you, but you are responsible for securing AND supplying anything that might be needed to ensure a safe ride home for your furniture.

Q: Who can pick up my purchase?

A: The original buyer MUST pick up the purchase unless you call the store and state otherwise. The store will ask for a name of whoever is picking up and the person must show a valid form of ID before the merchandise can be loaded.

Q: Will my purchase be assembled?

A: If you are receiving an item stocked out of our warehouse, some items may require un-boxing and assembly.

Q: What if my vehicle isn’t large enough and I cant pick up my items?

A: Upon the circumstance that your items cannot be loaded into your vehicle for any reason, we will recommend using our delivery service.
